QQminer wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you’re not 100% Satisfied with Your Purchase here’s what we’re going to do for you.

You can return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also cover 100% of the return shipping fee if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item – photo verification required).

We only require the customer to pay the shipping fees if:

– Found Better Price

– Changed Mind

– Product does not Fit

– Product no longer needed

– Ordered wrong item

If you’re unsatisfied with your order, you can also return open or used items within 30 days

*Minimum of at least half of item contents remaining to qualify. Return shipping fee is customer’s responsibility unless previously noted.

Restocking Fee is 15% of the product price

All items must be returned undamaged, so please be careful when packing your return. Make sure that none of the items are touching the sides of the box or other items in the return. If you don’t have the original packaging, we recommend using crumpled up newspapers to add extra padding.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
